I’ve been meaning to start a blog since the summer of 2010, when I first discovered the wonderful world of Narnia Tumblr. Five years later,after many failed private Tumblr posts here I am.
I always knew I wanted to write...I always knew I wanted to blog, but I felt everyone was either a hair & make-up guru or fashionista (none of which I consider myself to be in the slightest).
The people that encouraged me to start blogging were mainly friends and were interested in my natural hair journey as in 2010 I was deeeeeep in the natural hair sphere and became the go-to-guide for friends and family alike. Nevertheless, even though I knew this was an option for me to blog about, I still didn’t quite feel like thats all I wanted to talk about, which is probably the main reason I procrastinated for so long.

Anyway, I feel like I’m at a unique point in my life being a twenty-something who is also black...and a woman..and living in London, thus I can offer quite a unique perspective on a number of things.
However I will talk about hair (lol), I just can’t help it, and people do ask me about it a lot so I intend to use this platform to share tips and information about what I do and my journey to Waist-Length hair. Anyway,
